Order Shipping

We will try to ship your order as soon as possible. but some time shipping take more time to deliver. It will take maximum 15 days to deliver your order if product is in stock.

Requesting a Returns

Follow the steps below to get your return request sent to us:

  1. Go to: > My Account > Order
  2. Click on Request Return option in the action tab.
  3. In the form, clearly, select you to want a replacement or refund and then give the reason why you want to replacement or refund.
  4. Once you submit the support request you will receive an auto response from us. That just lets you know we’ve got your request.
  5. Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the return process.
  6. You can check your request on the Request Return tab.
